Sarah Ackroyd, MD, MPH, provides compassionate, patient-centered and evidence-based care for patients with gynecologic cancers and precancerous conditions. Dr. Ackroyd performs a full range of complex open and minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. She offers comprehensive, personalized care throughout her patients’ healthcare journey, from diagnosis, surgical procedures and chemotherapy to participation in clinical trials and long-term survivorship.
Along with her clinical practice, Dr. Ackroyd performs research centered on patient-focused outcomes, decision analysis and early detection methods for ovarian cancer. Her publications include topics on treatment decision modeling, patient survivorship needs and rare cancer database analysis.
