Elevate 2035
Elevate 2035 is the first strategic plan that encompasses the three primary parts of our organization: the Biological Sciences Division, the Pritzker School of Medicine and the UChicago Medicine health system.
This new enterprise-wide plan integrates all of our missions, and is the result of months of discussion and collaboration between leaders in research, education and clinical care.
This strategic plan will support how our organization translates our Mission, Vision and Values (MVV) into actionable steps and measurable progress.
Over the coming decade, we aspire to become the:
- Eminent academic health system at the forefront of discovery, education and clinical innovation.
- Academic system of choice for patients, clinicians, researchers and team members.
- Provider of highest value care to all.
Elevate 2025 is built on the following five pillars:
- People: Support a people-centered, respectful and inclusive culture.
- Community: Help reduce the lifespan gaps of our communities through impactful, equity-driven programming.
- Healthcare: Deliver high-quality, patient-centric, accessible care.
- Research: Broaden the reach, depth and impact of our research effort.
- Education: Enhance the impact and quality of our educational programs.
