Lorin M. Brown, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with more than 45 years of advanced training and primary experience in treating infants, children, and adolescent sports medicine and orthopaedic surgery patients, and mentoring and teaching new and experienced physicians.
Dr. Brown is highly respected as a pediatric orthopaedist with a singular goal to deliver the best and safest treatment to each patient in his care, focusing on the unique circumstances and considerations of the individual. Dr. Brown has expertise in diagnosing and treating children experiencing the full range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries from simple and compound fractures to complex congenital and developmental deformities, including:

Along with his devotion to his clinical practice and patients, Dr. Brown also believes in refining orthopaedic care and sports medicine through educating physicians. He has authored dozens of chapters in orthopaedic textbooks, providing valuable knowledge on fractures and joint conditions and diseases.
Dr. Brown has been a dedicated mentor and teacher throughout his career, instructing new and experienced physicians through courses on surgical techniques and guiding them in learning the principles and technical skills for pediatric orthopaedic surgery. He has also taught courses on orthopaedic treatments options for children with arthritis and lectured in board review courses, advancing the knowledge base of physicians who would soon be taking their orthopaedic certification examinations.
