At the University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children's Hospital, our integrated, multidisciplinary team of experts works together to evaluate patients and coordinate treatments for pediatric vascular anomalies.

The Vascular Anomalies Program is led by Jessica Kandel, MD, the hospital's surgeon-in-chief. Dr. Kandel is a renowned pediatric surgeon recognized for her work in developing groundbreaking treatments for vascular anomalies.

Our team of experts is offering consultations by video visit for children with vascular anomalies. Our pediatric specialists will review your child’s medical history, imaging, and records (including reports of interventions, surgery, and pathology results) to provide an appropriate diagnosis and comprehensive plan for treatment.
